Recall Update: The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) says it expanded an Oct. 20, 2026 recall of medical marijuana flower from Blue Collar Criminals Collective, LLC. On Monday, Oct. 26, OMMA added mixed products tied to batch number BIS091326-2. No illnesses or injuries are reported in the sources reviewed.
What's Being Recalled?
OMMA says the original recall covered two medical marijuana flower production batches from the licensed grow facility GAAI-NJVE-0Z9P. What is new: after the first announcement, OMMA received questions about products from batch BIS091326-2. The agency says that batch initially passed lab testing, but a portion was later mixed with a failed batch. Only the mixed products listed in OMMA's recalled product table are included. OMMA says products from batch BIS091326-2 that were not mixed are unaffected. The products were sold in Oklahoma dispensaries, so this affects Oklahoma medical marijuana patients only. The sources give no product names, sizes, prices or sale dates. The full list of affected lot codes is on the agency page linked below.
Why Was This Product Recalled?
OMMA says it received a self-report from the grow facility and a report from a licensed dispensary. Both said the original batches failed required testing after transfer to dispensaries. OMMA's Office of Investigation and Enforcement reviewed lab results and Metrc tracking data and confirmed the batches failed testing for yeast and mold. OMMA says the mixing with a failed batch made the newly added products unsafe. It praised the company for quick self-reporting.
What Should You Do?
OMMA says to check the batch number on your product against its recalled product table, which is offered as a searchable PDF and as .csv and .xlsx downloads. Do not consume recalled products. Dispose of them or contact the dispensary where you bought them. If you have an adverse reaction after using an affected product, contact your physician immediately and complete OMMA's Health Impact Form. Dispensaries must pull recalled products and cannot legally sell them. If you see recalled products on shelves, submit a tip through OMMA's Business Complaint Form. OMMA's mailing address is PO Box 262266, Oklahoma City, OK 73126-2266.
