Tonight We Ride, LLC of Lakeville, Minnesota is recalling all lots of Ultimate Forza male performance supplement capsules after testing found undeclared drug ingredients. The company announced the recall on October 24, 2026, and the FDA posted the notice the same day. The recall reaches the consumer level.
What's Being Recalled?
Two Ultimate Forza products are affected. They were sold from 2017 to October 1, 2026 at certain independently owned and operated GNC franchise locations in the United States, not at GNC corporate stores. The FDA page lists no states, unit counts or prices. It also lists no lot codes or expiration dates, because every lot is covered. The affected products are:
- Ultimate Forza Multi-Capsule/Box, ten blue hard-shell capsules, Item #810208, UPC 868592000002, all lots
- Ultimate Forza Single Pack, one capsule, Item #810222, UPC 868592000040, all lots
Why Was This Product Recalled?
The recall began after GNC's third-party testing found undeclared sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine. The FDA says this makes the products unapproved drugs whose safety and efficacy have not been established. Sildenafil and tadalafil are the active ingredients in the prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis. They may interact with nitrates, such as nitroglycerin, and lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease often take nitrates. Dapoxetine is not FDA approved. It is chemically an SSRI, a class of drugs used to treat depression, and consumption has been shown to increase the risk of suicidal thinking and behavior in children, adolescents and young adults. No adverse events or complaints have been reported to date.
What Should You Do?

Bring a receipt, or the phone number or email address tied to the loyalty account used for the purchase. Questions can go to GNC Customer Service at 1-877-462-4700 or GNCRecalls@gnc-hq.com. If you have had problems that may be related to the product, contact a physician or healthcare provider. The FDA says adverse reactions can be reported to its MedWatch program online at www.fda.gov/medwatch/report.htm. Note that the FDA posts company announcements like this one as a public service and does not endorse the product or the company.
