Why Was This Product Recalled?
The pajama sets violate the mandatory safety standards for children's sleepwear. According to the CPSC, that creates a risk of serious burn injuries. The agency's notice title also cites the risk of serious injury or death from burn hazard. Children's sleepwear is required to meet flammability rules, and these sets do not.
What Should You Do?
Stop using the pajama sets immediately and contact Fashion Brand Apparel for a refund. The company will ask you to cut the pajamas in half and email a photo of the destroyed set to qzh.duaoproductrecall@outlook.com. Then dispose of the destroyed product. The company lists email only, with no phone number. You can also reach the CPSC hotline at 800-638-2772 (TTY 800-638-8270) or report dangerous products at SaferProducts.gov.
